I know, I know. No Master of Puppets. No Machine Head. Nothing from the 90’s. Slayer’s Evil Has No Boundaries just missed too, as did Breaker from Accept and Screaming For Vengeance from Judas Priest. That Paranoid or Heaven and Hell from Black Sabbath aren’t up there is a crime in some countries. Animal Magnetism or Love at First Sting from the Scorpions… Fistful of Metal from Anthrax… Meanstreak from Y&T… Venom… Merciful Fate… Omission by technicality are Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Pink Floyd and other rock bands. It’s also a shame that female led Metal bands didn’t make it, like Rock Goddess, Bitch, Girlschool, Runaways, and dare I say Within Temptation.
